Coconut Macaroons IV
The mixture was very crumbly..it fell apart before I could even get them on the cookie sheet to bake. So the next batch, I increased the egg whites to 4 and it turned out perfectly...even the flavor was very good.

Cake Mix Cookies I
Your recipe has good flavor, but if you want them to stay moist more than 1-2 days, use 1/2 cup of margarine in place of 1/3 cup vegetable oil. Oil seems to dry the cookie during baking rather than keep it moist.

Better Than Fruitcake Cookies
Because we can't eat figs, I replaced them with a fruitcake mix. The cookies were delicous..but they didn't last long, so had to make them more often.
