I make this dish regularly. I use half for dinner one night and freeze half for another dinner later in the month. Everyone in the family likes it, even the kids!

I loved this recipe. I liked that I could adjust the heat so my kids would like it as much as I do. I probably won't be buying canned sauce again, because this sauce tastes great, is easy, and has ingredients I always have on hand. I used real butter instead of oil, because I prefer the flavor. I also used all purpose flour and the recipe was a success.

Everyone in my house loved these potatoes. Even my hubby, who hates mashed potatoes (I know, isn't that odd??) I am making these again very soon!
