Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce
I loved this recipe. I liked that I could adjust the heat so my kids would like it as much as I do. I probably won't be buying canned sauce again, because this sauce tastes great, is easy, and has ingredients I always have on hand. I used real butter instead of oil, because I prefer the flavor. I also used all purpose flour and the recipe was a success.
