Mexican Layered Dip

This was absolutely DELICIOUS. I am so impressed, i was reccommended this type of recipe and i found yours as the closest thing to what i was reccomended. I wasn't sure, but i was determined to try it, and i'm so glad i did, all my friends tucked in until it was all gone and where disappointed when it was!

This was delicous, I served it at my birthday party, and put slices of lime, strawberry and kiwi in it to garnish. I was SHOCKED at the huge quantities of ingredients needed though and scaled it too my needs.

No Eggplant Moussaka

Like a previous reviewer i missed the eggplant! You can't have moussaka without it! Its just not greek. This was still a lovely dish, though i wouldn't call it moussaka.

White Fruit Cake

I really dislike tweaking recipes before trying them but i had a few problems getting all the necessary ingredients, so i had to substitute pecans for mixed nuts (mostly peanuts it turns out) and a tropicla fruit mix for pineapple. I also couldn't be bothered to wait for the fruit over night so i put it in the microwave for 8 minutes and this did the trick. Instead of using loaf pans i made a round one, and it is absolutely huge, everyone is very impressed! I havn't tried it as i've only just started feeding it, but it turned out fantastically, although it needs 3 hrs cooking this way. Thank you so much! We don't like dark fruit cake in our house, but this balance as almost....well you could say, saved christmas :D

Creamy White Layers

I Loved this cake! It is a perfect desert cake because it is a little denser then most sponges. I customised it by pouring over a lemon glaze and putting lemon curd as a filling, I iced it with lemon icing, and made it for a family desert, the next day it was polished off as breakfast! Plus even though it looks quite difficult, if I can make it as a 14 year old anyone can! I will be making this for a barbeque next week!
