Mulligatawny Soup I
This soup is AWESOME! I was getting so tired of making the same old things. This spiced meal planning up a bit! I followed other suggestions and used between 3-4 tsp. of curry powder. I also cannot eat gluten, so I substituted the 1 1/2 T. of flour for 1 T. potato starch. This worked great. I added regular long grain white rice in...I was afraid it would soak up all the juice, but it didn't at all. Thank you for such a good recipe. I will definitely make this again!
