Cornish Finnish Michigan Pasties
These are very tasty. Instead of MSG I used a couple shakes of Worcestershire sauce; plenty of savory flavor! Never made them before and had filling and a little dough left so I made a pastie pie in an 8" dish (just the top crust). Perfect for the chilly weather.

Spicy Mexican Style Zucchini Casserole
This made a delicious veggie burrito filling! I used black beans because I had them. YUM!

Beef and Irish Stout Stew
My new St. Pat's recipe! OH SO GOOD and really easy. I cooked it on the stove until time to add the beer, then moved it to the slow cooker on low for several hours. Used half parsnips/half carrots and served it over mashed potatoes--this has to be the only way! Company raved! Make the easy Irish soda bread from this site to go along.
