Banana Rum Cake
Very good! I messed up the frosting (too much butter) so I used that frosting (thick) just for the top and to hold the two cakes together, then used purchased butter cream frosting for the entire cake. VERY good!

White Peach Sangria
There was none left! I used peach rum instead of vodka, just because that's what I had. I used a very cheap white wine which ended up working well, but I had to add extra sugar and it had 'marinate' for a long time before the bitterness of the cheap wine wore down.

Peanut Butter Fruit Dip
I could eat this by itself! I made it for dipping cookies at a party. The most frequent comment was "I had to step away from the peanut butter dip".
