Pork Chops with Apple Curry Sauce
this was a good recipe, though a bit sauce heavy. My pork chops were literally drowning in it. I would try it again, but with some modifications to the sauce.

Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies
i liked these, but i think i would try another recipe next time. They really were good, but a bit cakey.

Artichoke Dip I
I was really sketchy about this recipe because of all the mayo, but i tried it and EVERYONE loved it. Of course, then i felt weird giving them a recipe that called for so much mayo. It's very rich, but yummy.
