I made these for a family gathering and my Uncle couldn't believe they were homemade. I did not use lobster, but added one can of broken shrimp (rinsed well). WAY too much garlic (needed to start over)! I used seasoned bread crumbs and a six cheese italian blend (with a little extra shredded parmesan cheese)

When I explained what was in this dip, people made a face. When they tried it, it won over the even the toughest critic (my mom). I used Ground Italian sausage cooked with a little hot sauce. Instead of pimento, I added fresh chopped red pepper.

I brought this to a Christmas Party at work and everyone loved it. I used a mexican blend of cheeses (not taco)and less cream cheese. To save time, I used pickled jalepenos and a package of Tyson pre-cooked chicken.
