Day Before Mashed Potatoes
This is a great company dish. It allows you to serve a favorite food without having to neglect your guests with last minute preparation mashed potatoes usually require.

Chocolate Trifle
This is a favorite at our annual Christmas Party. It's great to have something that is so easy to whip up in bulk, yet tastes and looks like something you slaved over! Every year we run out!

Mocha Cake I
I used this batter for cupcakes and they were the best!!!!!!! As suggested in a review below, I used coffee instead of liqueur and it worked great. I also used the allrecipe "Coffee Butter Frosting" to top the cupcakes.
