Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Great slow cooker recipe. I precooked the chicken but will try it in the slow cooker next time. Cilantro, sour cream, and black beans a must.

Chicken Pesto Pizza

This would also do great as a vegie pizza without the chicken and add tomatoes as others suggested. Very easy and good.

Butternut Squash Pizzas with Rosemary

My husband and I loved it. I made it on whole wheat crust I made with my bread machine. This is a keeper!
