I add a little beef/chicken broth in with the milk (not changing the total measurement) and my dogs ADORE these! Best of all, they work great with cookie cutters, making his a fun activity for my children (with the added benefit of getting to treat their beloved dogs). We double the batch and freeze -- they thaw great and smell tasty. We all love this fabulous recipe!

We loved this - done in the crockpot! I took the advice of others and added garlic and onion, then made a gravy from the drippings. Fabulous recipe; thanks for sharing!

We liked this much better than regular sloppy joes, which tend to taste a little fake to us. Plus, I'm always looking for a clever way to use extra cornbread. The spaghetti sauce was a great touch.
