Barbeque Chicken
This was a very easy, simple dish to make, using half drumsticks and half thighs. As others suggested, I doubled the sauce. One small change I made was using only half the sugar, this suited our taste perfectly. Also, substituted dry mustard with same amount of Dijon. We had leftovers; made some sandwiches with reheated chicken and sauce. Yummy!

Beer-Batter Onion Rings
As others suggested, I used more beer than called for in the recipe. I used one full bottle --would have used more, but that's all I had left. These onion rings turned out very good, using 2 medium-sized Vidalia onions. It made just enough as a side dish to burgers for a family of 6. Next time, I will add some seasoning to the batter; it could use a little salty/spicy to complement to sweetness of the onions.

Easy Granola Bars
These are quick & easy to make, very good and easily customizable. I've left out the nuts because the kids can't take nuts to school, but otherwise made the recipe as-is the first time. My family now like them with a little extra coconut and dates instead of the cranberries. If you're not using parchment paper to line your pan, manke sure you DO NOT leave these bars in the pan very long. I accidentally left them in overnight and they had to be chiselled out of the pan.
