Harvest Rice Dish
Delish! I used one onion and sliced it thinly instead of cutting into wedges, I browned the almonds in the butter along with the veggies and I reduced the butter to a tablespoon - otherwise I followed the recipe to a "T". It went well with a roasted pork tenderloin and grilled asparagus.

Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup
Great soup! I made it as written - used my immersion blender to puree the soup but left some chunky bits for texture and interest. YUMMY!

Jalapeno Popper Spread
I have brought this to two different parties now and everyone loves it. I don't drain the chiles and I use light cream cheese and mayo. I do bake it in the oven topped with a cheese and breadcrumb mixture, as was suggested. Served it with sliced baguette.
