Jalapeno Popper Spread
A huge hit, two weeks in a row! I used 1 regular and 1 lowfat cm. cheese as well as 1/2c regular and 1/2 c light mayo. Add as many jalepenos as you want, I just kept tasting as I added them. Whip cream cheese first for smoother consistency with a beater or imersion blender. Added in about 1/2 cup parmesean cheese from the can into dip, then put the shredded on top. Bake 350 for 1/2 hour, spread on toasted bread, triscuits, or wheat ritz. Men couldn't step away from the food counter!! Now a new regular in my "mix" of appetizers.

Cheesy Onion Roll-Ups
These are awesome and easy, use flavored wraps for different effects. I've never served them with picante sauce, they're gobbled up the second I arrive. I'm always asked to bring these.

Southwest Appetizer Cheesecake
This was a very attractive appetizer with the different layers, however, I don't think I'd make it again. I didn't feel it had alot of flavor. If I did make it again I would use jalepeno peppers instead of the chillis. It needed some zip. I did use the breadcrumbs on the bottom as recommended. It make a very large portion, good for a big crowd. I suggest paring down the recipie for smaller crowd for something different and pretty on your table.
