Creamy Chocolate Frosting
I made this chocolate frosting to put between layers of cake. I added a bit more powdered sugar so it was a little more stiff to hold up the 4 layers of cake. It not only did the trick of holding up layers of cake, it was delicious and so easy to make.

Marshmallow Fondant
It actually worked! My sister and I made a cake for our neices wedding shower and came across this recipe for marshmallow fondant. We followed the recipe and it turned out great. It was easy to work with and tasted good on the cake. The taste seemed very "marshmallowy" to me at first, but once on the cake it was fine. We did make sure to roll the fondant thin about 1/8-1/4" thick. I will definately use this again.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp
I absolutely loved this recipe. I followed the directions to a tee even using the cayenne pepper (which I was very concerned about) and it was perfect!My husband and kids all ate it up. I can't wait to make it again.
