Very easy to make and ingredients very easy to get. Tastes just like I remember it from Chinese restaurants back home in Montreal. Excellent flavour and just the right balance of sweetness and spice.

This is an excellent recipe. You can also add Cumberland sausage (particularly if you are Scottish!) and fried mushrooms and beans. As a Canadian, I recommend dousing it all in the best maple syrup you can find.

This recipe was absolute rubbish. You need a good few hours (8+) to render the fat before even thinking about making the skin crispy. An utter failure
