Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken II
Loved this recipe! I over cooked it but the flavor was still wonderful! I added extra seasonings including Mrs. Dash's lemon chicken seasoning and it was great! I used 4 cups of water mixed with 2 packets of Goya chicken bouillon. I will add this to my rotation of dinner recipes!

Mashed Sweet Potatoes
I was trying to mimic a recipe from a restaurant my husband and I go to. For some reason I couldn't get them creamy enough.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I just made this and it is my favorite recipe I have gotten from this site! I've been using it for about 5 or 6 years now. Everything was perfect! I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for giving me something new to add to my repertoire of weekly meals.
