Banana Banana Bread
Good, but kindof dry. I'll definitely make it again, but with a couple of changes geared toward making a moister bread.

Fresh Strawberry Almond Pie
Yummy! A pain to cut up all those strawberries, but well worth it in the end. I made this twice in a row (we had a bucket of fresh strawberries) and doubled the crust recipe the second time. I felt like there wasn't enough crust to go around on the first try. Also, I'm terribly afraid of making pie crusts, but this was super easy (I don't even think it counts as making a pie crust). This would be great at get togethers during the summer because it is tasty, pretty, and great at any temperature.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style
Great! This definitely makes ALOT of dip, but all of it was devoured by 5 hungry people within 20 minutes. The funny thing is, I actually forgot to put the cream cheese in! I didn't realize until after the dip was all gone. I couldn't tell the difference! I can't imagine how good it will be when I make it with the cream cheese (or leave it out to cut back on some calories you won't miss). Save time and use the Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce.
