About this Cook
I'm a 2003 graduate of The Ohio State University in columbus, Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!). I currently reside in the semi-rural suburbs of Columbus. I'm the youngest of all my friends, but they call me "grandma" because of the way I cook. I hope to start a catering business within the next year.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook just about everything. I'll try any recipe once. lately I've been on this seafood kick.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Many of the great cooks in my family are from the South. When I lived at home, we had a huge dinner every single Sunday. I still call my Mom on sunday mornings to find out the menu for the day.
My cooking triumphs
I finally made a tender baked steak recently and I had to call everyone I know to come taste it. I thin k i got a little over-excited.
My cooking tragedies
Although I can cook almost anything, I am the absolute WORST white rice cook in the world.

Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta
This recipe was fast, easy, and delicious! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I made some additions... 1. I added some of the seasonings to the shrimp while it was sauteing. 2. I added 1 cup of shredded parmesan and 1/2 cup of colby-jack to the final sauce. Overall, great recipe!!!

Chicken and Cheese Stuffed Jumbo Shells
I love this recipe as a starting point. I did make a few changes. I used ground turkey instead of chicken. I also added spinach and garlic to the mixture. I used a homemade spaghetti sauce to top the shells in the oven and prevent them from getting tough. Overall great recipe, THANX!!!
