Vegetable Lasagna
This was great- very good vegetable flavors! The only addition I made was parsnips and chopped spinach. I especially loved that it didn't have a red sauce, which I think would have overpowered the vegetables.

Italian Love Cake
My husband had a modified version of this cake at an office party and wanted me to make it the same way. I used a marble cake mix, vanilla pudding and whipping cream instead of cool whip. Definitely wait at least 24 hours before eating to let the ricotta settle and soak into the cake. Its a very moist, decadent cake that would be great for any occasion. Next time I'll be using chocolate!

Fudge Bonbons
I made mine a little too big and they did look like reindeer poop. I used Almond kisses, caramel and plain. The caramel bled out during baking so I do not recommend using those. These were just OK so I don't know if I would go thru all the effort to make again.
