Perfect Baked Jerk Chicken
Simple, Moist & Yummy. I only added more Cayenne Pepper(we love spicy). This will be a staple!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
My goodness! I'm in love w/ this cake. I took the advice of some & used the jam instead of the bag of fruit over the stove(hello, I like fast). Followed everything else to a T...& was happy. This is a staple if you want others to view you as a chef! Period!

Red Pepper-Salmon Pasta
One word. Fantabulous...lol. I made it with roasted garlic angel hair pasta, w/ garlic bread for dinner & the family ate it all up. Will make again
