Bread Machine Pizza Dough
I usually buy frozen dough balls at the grocery store, but decided to try this recipe instead. What a flavorful, easy way to make pizza dough in the same amount of time it takes to defrost store-bought! Hubby even remarked how much better it is. Thanks for the recipe.

Jalapeno Bread I
This would have been 5 stars if I had used the amount of Jalapeno called for, but I chickened out. I also cubed the Monterrey jack cheese with good results. This is a delicious, easy bread machine recipe.

New York Cheesecake II
This cheesecake is amazing!! So rich and creamy, not pasty. I used all neufchatel cheese to cut down on fat and baked it at 400 degrees for 10 min. and 200 for 45 min. as previously suggested. I removed it when my oven was cool and refrigerated a few hours before serving. Definitely a keeper!!
