Grandma's Corn Pudding
Delicious! Served at Thanksgiving dinner & everyone raved. The only change I made was that I doubled the recipe but I was short one can of cream style corn and I used only 6 eggs. Making again for Christmas dinner!

Wheat Germ Whole-Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes
Mmmmm. These were just what I wanted, light and fluffy. Added 1 T. brown sugar. Good with 1 c. white flour, 1 c. wheat flour instead of the wheat germ/whole wheat pastry flour.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
I was worried it wouldn't come out, but my roast was delicious, a little on the done side, but my family loved it. I coated the roast with garlic salt and ground black pepper before roasting it. Simple and easy!
