Creamed Spinach III

this was soooo good I couldn't stop eating spoonfuls out of the pot!! I used fat free half&half because thats what i had on hand and frozen spinach. hmmmm hmmmmm good!!!! Oh, i forgot i also added sauteed onions and garlic to this.

Mexican Chicken Corn Chowder

Wonderful! Easy, quick and yummy! I used fat free half & half, a can of tomatoes with onions and pepper, doubled the creamed corn on top of a can of mexican corn which means it has red and green peppers in it, i also substituted chicken stock for the hot water and that's it. Family loved it.

Jalapeno Corn Bread
