Butternut Squash Soup II
Was OK, but I've had better Squash soups. It definitely was easy though and it was 'good', just not the best there is.

Very good! Made them just as the recipe called for and wouldn't change anything.

Clark's Quiche
Very good quiche. Important to note: use deep dish pie plates; allow 1 hr - 1.5 hrs for prep and cooking; precook the pie crust a bit.
