Sweet 'n' Sour Meatballs
This is not my favorite meatball recipe, but it is certainly always a crowd favorite at our church potlucks. From the first time I made it, the dish gets wiped clean, and I get multiple requests for the recipe....so I keep making it!

Lamb Stew Casserole
My family enjoyed this. It was a hearty meal on a cold winter day and was very easy to make. Didnt use that many onions, and baked it probably an extra 40 minutes to get the veggies done..but the lamb was very tender.

Blueberry Ricotta Squares
I really didnt care for this recipe. Was very dry. I took it to a potluck and a couple of people there did like it. But definitely not one I would make again.
