Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
Great recipe. Light and tasty. I used this as a base for strawberry cream cheese frosting and will continue to use it as a base for all the flavors I do. Easy and yummy!

Dark Chocolate Cake II
What a great recipe! I made this for a friend's birthday party and it was a SMASH. I topped with strawberry/cream cheese frosting and fresh strawberries. Not a piece was left. Moist and yummy. I actually threw in a handful of chocolate chips too. The birthday boy is a chocoholic.

Baked Brie and Mushroom Sourdough Appetizer
Absolutely WONDERFUL! No one could stop eating it. Very easy to make and very flavorful. Will definitely have this as a "regular" when having guests or by myself!
