These were surprisingly good. For such a simple recipe, I expected them to be only so-so, but they came up to be rather thick pancakes and very fluffy, not to mention tasty. Be warned, though: serving size of 4 does not mean 4 pancakes. I made them just for myself one morning and had made 6 somewhat small pancakes (I was using a 1/2 cup to measure them and they weren't always a full 1/2 cup) and still had about 1/2 to 1/3 of the batter left. The 6 was all I could eat :-P Still, really good. Definitely recommend this recipe.
