London Broil I
Excellent flavor. I love the flavor of flank steak but sometimes it can be a tough cut of meat. Make sure you score the meat on both sides prior to marinading. Also I added 2Tbs of Balsamic vinegar, sliced instead of minced the garlic, added sliced ginger and 2Tbs of teriayki. Delicious, will make again and again
