Tasty Collard Greens
Loved it! I substituted onion soup mix,3 buillion cubes and water in place of the stock, and use whatever smoked meat is available at the store. My family raved about these at Christmas dinner, and they have now become a regular at my table.

Slow Cooker Rosemary and Red Pepper Chicken
I sustituted dry white wine for the vermouth, and I doubled the amount to half a cup. My family likes alot of seasoning, so I also used twice as much rosemary and oregano. I served over whole wheat pasta with some romano cheese on top. It was excellent. The chicken was moist, the sausage added alot of flavor, and the left overs were even better.

Apple Betty
Easy and soooo good. I always get rave reviews when I make this dish. Don't slice the apples too thin though or they end up too mushy.
