White Chili I
This was pretty good. I used about 2-3 tbsp fresh cilantro and 3 cloves of fresh garlic.

Braised Balsamic Chicken
This was pretty good. I added garlic and still thought it was missing something, but I am not sure what. I will make again and try adding different things.

Honeyed Pork Chops
Good flavor, but the sauce was thin and not a lot of flavor transferred to the meat. I think either thickening the sauce or marinading the meat overnight would help.
