Grilled Salmon I
Great dish! Followed Elizabeth's suggestion. Baked in a foil packet for 17 minutes at 425 oven. Then opened the packet and broiled for 5 minutes. I also put the remaining marinade in a saucepan and reduced while the salmon was in the oven. Drizzled some sauce on the fish before it went under the broiler and then again before serving.Very flavorful! Served with roasted potatoes and burnt broccoli! Great dinner
