Buttermilk Pancakes II
We love this recipe and make it all of the time! It's good if you make your won buttermilk, but excellent if you buy buttermilk. It also freezes really well which is great for breakfasts through out the week.

Easy Chicken Rice Casserole
Very good base and has a lot of potential, but we felt like it was too dry so I would add a can of Cream of Celery and maybe 1/2 c. milk. Also very bland, we added garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and parsley which made it yummy.

Basic Flaky Pie Crust
Very flaky and easy to handle and make. I probably would add some sugar if I was making a dessert pie though.
