Buckeye Balls II

Loved this recipe! I did like a few others and microwaved my chocolate for 1 minute, stirred, then another minute. These were a big hit at work... will definitely make again. Thanks for the recipe.

Loved this recipe. Turned out so moist and delicious. I made two batches: the first I baked as long as suggested and it came out a little too hard on the ends for me. The second, I baked at 300 and used about 20-30 more minutes. It was so so perfect. I also used 2 larger loaf pans instead of three. Thanks so much for sharing!

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

I'm not sure what I did wrong here, but my cookies were so thin that when I picked them up with a spatula, they almost folded in half. I suppose I'm just not adding enough dough. The taste of these cookies were divine. I'm going to perfect the consistency of these cookies, because the taste of them is certainly delicious.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

I love love this cheesecake, but honestly, I've messed up on it a few times. I guess the fact that it is so thick makes it difficult to get it done all the way through without making it brown on the outside. I've tried lowering the temperature and baking it longer, and I've done the water bath as well. I guess I need more practice. The times I have succeeded, however, makes it worth it. Superb cheesecake!

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

I think a super choco-holic would love this cake. I may have messed up by adding homemade chocolate icing, which could have brought the super rich taste down a notch with the not-as-chocolatey icing. I bet this cake is great with coffee.

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Loved this soup... it was quick and easy, and so smooth on a cool or rainy evening. The only thing I did different was to add chicken broth and a ton more chicken, but that's just personal preference. The truth is, this recipe has a great foundation for anyone to accomodate to their own tastes. Thanks!

Strawberry Angel Food Dessert

Wow, I love this! I made this last week, but instead of buying an angel food cake, I bought a box-white cake mix, prepared it in 2 9-inch pans, then layered it with that instead. The dessert came out absolutely delicious. I will definitely make this again and again! Thanks for the great recipe!
