Looks even better than the picture, tastes JUST like the pumpkin loaf at Starbucks. SOOO good. I didn't change any of the ingredients (they were perfect). I only had enough batter to make 1 loaf and 12 muffins. (But who really needs 3 loaves anyway?)

very good, although the coffee grains didn't blend very well and were a little crunchy. other than that, perfect!! it's a lot like a frappacino

This was AWESOME! I added an extra pinch of sugar to even out the tone. I would also like to add that you might want to consider cutting up the tomatoes before putting them in. I don't know if that's just so obvious that I should have already known, but it's hard to cut them up once they're already in the pan with the other ingredients. But the recipe was great!!!
