Roasted Chicken with Risotto and Caramelized Onions
This recipe is delicious! I made 2 adjustments as suggested by others. I used about half of the balsamic vinegar called for and splashed some chicken broth into the carmalized vineger. I added a small can of sliced mushrooms at the same time I added the chicken and onions.
This is one of the best recipes I have every made. Its very time consuming, but well worth the effort. Your family will love it =)
