Not really what I expected. I followed this recipe to the "t" but the filling was incredibly runny! I cant begin to think what I did differrently because as far as I know, I did everything perfectly! It got runny once I added the egg, so I think next time I will leave that out and see what happens. I had a lot of "filling" mixture left, as I read in some other reviews. I may try these again, just to see what I can do differently.

Its very good! But I must have found giant apples because I cut mine back to 8 and still only used about half (I had 2 large containers FULL)!! I also used 1/2 sugar. Very creamy!

Let me start by saying that I am NOT a cook! It's not very often I make things because they often seem too difficult. This looked challenging and I thought I would try it. Turns out, its not hard at all! Everyone really enjoyed this, even my hard-to-please friends! The only problem I had was a few spots of the crust got soggy, and I believe that is because my cream cheese mix didnt cover the crust as well as I should have. I made everyone guess the crust and they were surprised when I told them what it was. VERY GOOD!
