Orange Chiffon Cake
Made this for my daughter's first birthday. I made a two-layer cake and a small 6 inch round. I frosted with a whipped cream/cream cheese frosting. It was light and not too sweet and perfect for a first birthday cake.

Raspberry Salad Dressing II
I actually use this recipe with strawberries instead of raspberries, but I LOVE it. I use it over baby spinach, sliced strawberries, and cinnamon sugared almond slivers. People have told me it's the best salad they've ever had.

Candied Almonds
These are great. Minus one start for the instructions. These should be cooked until the liquid has begun to crystallize...not syrup-like coating like the instructions indicate. I also add a little vanilla and I don't always measure the ingredients, I just eyeball it and it always turns out.
