Vegetable-Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
These were great! My 12 year old daughter does not eat meat anymore so I'm always looking for vegetarian dishes for her. I made these stuffed mushrooms and served them with a green salad and a loaf of crusty Italian bread. Even my husband who always wants meat with dinner enjoyed this. I made extra and took them for lunch the next day. I will definitely make these again. Thanks for the recipe.

Classic Tiramisu
I love tiramisu and this receipe was so good. It tasted like something I'd get at a restaurant. I made a few adjustments though; I added just a splash of marsala wine to the egg-sugar mixture while over the double-boiler. It gave the dessert that "rum-like" flavor. I also added a little Kahlua to the coffee for an extra kick. So, so good. Thanks for sharing.

Pasta with Scallops, Zucchini, and Tomatoes
Very good! I live in the Garden State, so I used fresh Jersey tomatoes instead of the plum tomatoes. The sauce was light, but delicious. I would make this again. It's a great summertime meal.
