These were so quick and delicious! I, too, added sour cream to them and served with steamed shrimp. Getting ready to make them again right now!

Made this tonight because I had some left-over white rice and seemed simple enough that my children would eat it. Wow! Was much better than anticipated- even my VERY picky son said it was good! Froze some extra chicken and rice so I can make this for another quick dinner!

Made this for 2 of my Christmas parties this year and displayed in a tin with shiny tissue paper. Was a hit and so easy that I made some to give out as gifts. So, SO simple and fast! But do be sure and let it air out on the wax paper before you package it up or it will stick together. Even now, on New Year's Eve, I find myself "craving" it and wondering should I make more...
