Golden Sweet Cornbread

Definately good cornbread. Myabe next time I'll omit some of the milk and add some creamed corn. It was even more delicious the next morning for breakfast! My 14 month old loved it!

Thighs on Rice

This dish is kind of bland. Also the recipe didn't state to cover the dish, as should be done.

Vegetable Biryani

One of the better veg. biryanis I have made. I never soak basmati as I find it makes it too mushy. I also added a cinnamon stick after the onions caramelized. I used fresh brocolli, carrots, portabella mushrooms and water chestnuts instead of frozen veggies.
