I am a 20-something high school Special Education teacher who recently moved in with her boyfriend. I am learning to cook for both of us and meet both of our interests in meals. (He'll eat just about anything and I am pretty picky!) I enjoy cooking for others and get great joy in knowing they have enjoyed my meal or dessert! Cookies & desserts! YUM! I love to make them and take them to work! It is too dangerous to keep them at home! My father always makes a wonderful breakfast for Christmas morning. As much as I would like to try my own, I don't want to take away any of the specialness from his holiday meal! I was very pleased when I made a wonderful salmon dinner because I felt like I was a real cook and not just a box or mix cook! I wouldn't categorize anything as TRAGIC just yet, so hopefully I can keep it that way!
