Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting
Delicious. It tasted different freshly made than it did after being in the fridge. Not sure how much the sour cream added to the flavour.

Dark Chocolate Cake I
Amazing! Basic ingredients, quick to make and delicious. I made it exactly according to the reciepe -- no changes or substitutions. I especially love that this is not too sweet...it went really well with the Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting.

Lentils and Rice with Fried Onions (Mujadarrah)
Unbelievably simple and delicious. Browning the onions is key to the flavor - I would recommend increasing the temperature a bit when sauteeing. I might also increase the amount of onion the next time by about 1/2.
