Easy Lemon Cake Cookies with Icing

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2005
Made this recipe with my 3 & 4 year old Sunday School class. AWESOME! Super quick and easy. They turn out wonderfully too. We did bake them about twice as recommended, but maybe the super-old church oven is off. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Oh yeah...and we didn't do the icing part. The cookies are great by themselves.

If I could give this 10 stars, I would! This is a beautiful, colorful and scrumptious recipe! WOWWWWW!!!!!! Used it for a Ladies Tea and have gotten tons of requests for the recipe. I used double to mayo since we used it as a sandwich filling, but fine as is!!

No Bake Choco-Peanut-Oatmeal Cookies

Awesome. I've made this recipe many times! Usually while I'm watching tv in the evening, I'll get a taste for it and whip up a batch. I make sure to always have the ingredients on hand! I boil a little while longer to make sure the cookies set-up. Sometimes they don't anyway and sometime they get crumbly. Not sure what that's all about, but I eat it regardless! :)

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

Awesome recipe! LOVE, LOVE LOVED it! Very flavorful, super-duper easy. Made it in the crockpot, but could easily simmer on the stove for a few hours to speed it up. Didn't subsitute a thing. My husband wanted a bit more heat, but I felt it was perfect as is. If more heat is wanted, add a few shakes of cayenne pepper (either to an individual serving or the whole pot). Thanks for this great recipe!!!!

Completely moist and wonderful!!!! Big hit at party. Making it again tonight for company coming and hope there is lots of leftovers for me (but probably not since it's soooo good!)

Busy Day Chicken Rice Casserole

This is an amazing recipe! I've made it at least 10 times in the past 6 months and I never tire of it. It's one of my husbands favorites! I've used all different types of meat (chicken drumsticks, chicken breast, even pork chops!). I also add in some sort of frozen vegetable -- usually defrosted spinach or broccoli.

Tomato and Bacon Pasta Bake

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2002
This was a good recipe! I added a can of diced tomatoes and half a frozen bag of chopped brocolli to make the casserole a bit "healthier"! I also mixed the milk in with the soup, sprinkled in some Italian seasoning, and sprinkled a bit more bacon on top of the cheese at the end. Savory and yummy!!!!!!!
