I modified the recipe a bit. I browned the meat and sauteed the onions ahead of time. I'm glad I did, because following the baking instructions barely heated the rolls through all the way. Part of that is because I made 6 larger rolls. I reserved the tomato sauce from the canned tomatoes to pour over top along with some extra tomato sauce. Next time I'll cook for longer - these tasted much better text day.

Raspberry Cup Cakes

Delicious and unique dessert. I drizzled carmel and chocolate sauce on the finished product for a little more pizzaz. Next time I will definitely try to remove the seeds from the raspberries - thats really my only complaint.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

I used this recipe just for the meatballs. I used Ground Turkey and added about 1/2 c. finely chopped onions. I was little pressed for time, so I broiled the meatballs (5 mins each side) before adding them to my own marinara. I can't wait to taste them the next day after they've been soaking in the sauce!

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Over all, very tasty. This sauce was a little too sweet for me. I personally prefer marinara not sweet tasting. Next time I will use canned plum tomatoes to avoid that (I didn't realize stewed tomatoes had sugar in them).

Cheesecake Topped Brownies

They weren't as good as I had hoped. But still yummy. I'm going to try an even layer of cheesecake / brownie next time. And made the mistake of using fudge brownies - a bit too rich for my taste :D

Heddy's Black and Red Bean Soup

awesome! I'm not sure why, even though I chose to make this recipe, I wasn't that thrilled about it while making it. GREAT flavor! I halved the recipe (dummy me forgot to get 2 cans of each bean. Next time I'll go un-canned and do dryed beans, fresh tomatoes, etc.

Vegetarian Burrito Casserole

Sugar Free Applesauce Cake

The cake was yummy and moist. Perfect for us sugar-concious! I used a mixture of millet, spelt, and barley flour instead. -- I would recommend doubling the frosting recipe. I too had issues with not enough coverage (and it does look like mold!)

Pork Chops with Apple Curry Sauce

This was delicious. Very strong curry flavor but the apple helps keep it on a sane level. :) There was a little more sauce then was necessary but better too much than too little.

Mini Meatloaves

Delicious! My only complaint is that the recipe certainly wasn't for 8 servings! I made 4 mini meatloaves that all turned out wonderful. I only used about half of the ketchup mixture on the loaves. And I only put a touch of brown sugar in (as opposed to 1/4 cup). Will make again!

Fifteen Minute Chicken Chili

This recipe was bland and unexciting. I think chili gets most of its flavor from simmering and not being quick - this supports that opinion. My boyfriend liked it - so perhaps it's just not for everyone.
