Roquefort Pear Salad
This salad is wonderful! I used Gorgonzola cheese because I wanted a mild cheese for my guests.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
My husband and I both think this is the best chili we have ever eaten. Next time I will add the entire bottle of beer and we used a slow cooker and it definately helped cook everthing down. Warning this chili is very spicy!
