Chicken In Basil Cream
Awesome! Great use for some of that fresh summer basil and paired prefectly with home grown tomatoes. I cut the breasts into strips, left out the pimientos, and cooked the sauce for a good 10-15 minutes (stirring frequently) in order to thicken. Family loved it (kids without the sauce)--Can't wait to serve to company.
