Mexican Pizza
This recipe was intriguing to me! I had done an ingredient search because I had crescent rolls and mozzarella that needed to be used soon. I found this and sounded delicious with a few questions on the preparations. First I couldn’t understand chilling for 30 minutes and then cooking the ground beef and then just putting everything else on top? I wanted the crust and meat to be warm along with the cheese to be melted so what I did was followed recipe until cooking the ground beef. I added refried beans to help stretch and flavor was great. I I also added a little red taco sauce. After chilling for 30 minutes I put ground beef mixture and put in oven for 15 minutes then added olives and cheese and allowed to melt in oven for 10 to 15 minutes. I then removed from oven and added anything that I would love on a taco. Absolutely awesome!
