Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs
I used for a stir fry and it came out wonderful. Only change I made was to add chopped fresh ginger to marinade, then stir-fried it with day old rice and frozen broccoli/carrots. Loved it!

Polly Welby's Excellent Chocolate Mousse
My only complaint was that the melted chocolate did not incorporate well into the whipped cream. Flecks and chunks remained, although my husband thought it was good that way. I think that if the melted chocolate was warm (not cool) and very slowly drizzed into the cream, then it would have mixed together better.

Curried Coconut Chicken
Wonderful flavor and easy to prepare. Used skinless chicken thighs. A bit too liquidy, but just simmer without the lid for about 30 minutes to reduce.
