Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
Not too good. I added extra cheese, which may have part of the problem, but it had no distinctive flavor. I even added extra salt and pepper 15 minutes before it was done, but it was still ordinary. I used an 8x8 glass pan and the bottom was getting overdone. It takes too long to prepare for everyday eating.
